Our current private investment fund, MB Growth II LP, is a $12 million dollar Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) under license with the US Small Business Administration (SBA). Typical initial investments range from $750,000 to $1,500,000. Commitments of up to $5 million dollars may be provided through co-investments with other institutional investors.

A review of our portfolio will demonstrate that we invest in numerous industries. We look for niche businesses which have some proprietary advantage and for which we can add value through our company building services as board members or advisors.
